25 Oct 2008 - Your Views required on Club Summer 2009 Tournament

As most of you will be aware we have traditionally run a summer football tournament each year and whilst being good fun and a decent revenue earner for the club it is a lot of hard work to run the event. The club committee discussed whether to run a 2009 event without a decision being made and we are seeking your views on this please?

There is a reasonable amount of work required in advance of the tournament promoting the event, generating enough teams to run it, arranging sponsorship, referees and working parties for the week leading up to the event then enough people to assist on the day.

Would you like to help run the 2009 tournament, if so in what capacity?

Do you have an opinion on whether we should run or not?
