This is the official notice of Canterbury Youth Football Club's Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 22nd July 2008 7-30pm at Polo Farm Canterbury.

 

All of our Managers/Coaches are expected to attend the AGM as they need to be formally elected at the meeting in order to run a team in 2008-09.

 

We also ask all parents of Canterbury Youth players to give some serious consideration to how you could get involved in the running of Canterbury Youth Football Club as like all amateur clubs we rely on volunteers to help us run and unfortunately there are not enough of you involved in running this club for the benefit of your children.

 

We have the following committee positions which need to be filled although we are willing to create more positions if lots of you volunteer! 

 

Chairman

Vice Chairman

Secretary

Treasurer

11-a-side Fixture Secretary

Mini Soccer Fixture Secretary

Child Welfare Officer

Club Registrations Secretary

Club Buyer

Youth Development Officer

Web Site Manager and/or Public Relations Officer

Social Secretary

 

None of the above is too onerous or time consuming and more hands make light work so please do consider giving up a little of your time to help us - we are particularly keen to find a new Secretary, PRO and Social Secretary.
